We are pleased to announce the decision to switch from our current website platform and will be launching a new Content Management System (CMS) with Scorpion Design this spring for the Mr. Rooter website. After reviewing current state of the Mr. Rooter website, guidance from the Mr. Rooter Advisor Council and the needs of the business, the decision was made to make the move. This newly designed website will position us to be best in class in the digital space with the guidance and expertise from Scorpion.

  • Freeze Site Updates

    As we approach the new site launch, we will put a freeze on any changes or updates to the current website as we prepare for the content migration process. No more edits to your local sites!

  • Intro to Scorpion

    Scorpion will hold a webinar to discuss their services on March 29th at 3pm CST.

  • Setup Wizard

    Communication from Scorpion starts. It’s vital you respond and follow Scorpion's instructions on the Setup Wizard so your new local site is primed for success when it launches. The Wizard will guide you through the process to capture all your local business information, as well as let you select the services that will be featured on your site when we go live.

  • Scorpion MM Outreach

    In addition to the Setup Wizard, a follow-up call from your Scorpion Marketing Manager will allow you to get to know your new marketing team and prepare you for the next steps.

  • Website Demo

    At our MRR Conference, Scorpion will unveil and demo the new website for our franchisees.

  • Final QA Testing

    Scorpion finalizes the website, coding and building out the last pieces. They will also do thorough quality assurance testing to ensure the smoothest possible transition.

  • Site Launch

    AireServ.com & AireServ.ca will officially go live on our new Scorpion platform!
